Clairine

This is an excerpt from a chat conversation I had with one of my friends about a dream I had one week ago. I can still picture it so vividly in my mind that it frightens me. By the way this is not the first time I dreamed about taking exams. It only proves to show how freaking paranoid I am.

i dreamed that

i hadn’t taken my finals yet

and i was late for my accs final

and i panicked, cos i didn’t finish studying

then i forgot which classroom it is in

so when i rushed to college

i felt, eh, so weird

they renovated the whole college

and i couldn’t find the board where they post up where the exams are being held

so i was frantically looking for the board

cos i was already late, u see

then i finally found the board

already sweating and breathing hard

then i ran to the room

and the classroom was so messy

the lecturer wasn’t even paying attention to any of them

but all were sitting for exam

so i just *plop* on one of the chair

and opened the paper

then i panicked

i don’t know how to do

what is this?!???

i don’t understand!!!!!?

then i sat there staring at the exam book

flipping all the pages

thinking, i’m so dead, i’m so dead, i’m so completely dead

then i stopped

and looked around the room

then i realized

these are not my classmates

i look at the lecturer

this is not my lecturer

then i realized, eh, this isn’t my paper!

so i got up and dashed out of the room like a marathon runner

frantically looking for my room

but then suddenly i stop

suddenly

next to my college has a lake

and for some reason

suddenly my college has this huge huge balcony

where they set up tables and chairs

like in the concourse

but no roof over the balcony

and the balcony overlooking the lake

and………….get this

the lake is frozen

and

suddenly

start to snow

and

got ppl skating on the ice

cos the whole scene is so damn beautiful

i stop by the balcony

and i never attended the test

and forget all about my test
